She has been unwinding during her recent trip to Bali.

And Malin Andersson certainly looked rejuvenated as she touched down in London following her stay at the Bliss Sanctuary For Women last week.

The 26-year-old Love Island star was beaming as she came home from the trip, which she admitted was helping her mental state as she continues to recover from her daughter Consy’s passing and her mother’s death.

Malin has been using her trip to promote body confidence while also unwinding and letting her hair down following a particularly tough time.

As she touched down in the airport, she was looking low-key and stunning while beaming with happiness following the week of chilled-out ‘Me time’.

Opting for total comfort, the stunner wore a pair of Kim Kardashian-inspired nude shorts paired with a cropped jumper while pulling her hair off her face.

Malin’s break comes after she revealed that she had debated taking her own life after the death of her one-month-old daughter Consy at the beginning of this year.

Taking to Instagram to document her getaway, Malin penned: ‘So – as you all know I’m here in Bali.. so this trips been booked for around 2 months now. And after everything I’ve gone through in the past year it couldn’t have come at a better time.

‘Especially after last week. I’m a believer in self-care, meditation, relaxation and putting yourself first; but sometimes as humans we are busy and forget to do this…

‘Ironically I didn’t realise how amazing it would be here – unlimited treatments, massages, yoga, healing, readings.. its literally what my head needs right now…

‘By taking time out to yourself to deal with your pain and emotions you eventually get to heal. You don’t heal by staying busy and trying to numb the pain with external sources…

‘I’m truly blessed to be here; but I know for a fact that this trip will be helping me massively on my journey to heal trauma that has happened to me. Mental health is important and should be taken as seriously as anything else.’

Before taking off, Malin shared a stunning snap while adding the captions: ‘No Body is perfect. We are all perfect whatever Body. Angles, lighting, posing, editing.. don’t believe everything you see on here.

‘Also not to mention the time of day the pic is taken – this is after eating a ton of Balinese food @blisssanctuaryforwomen #blissambassador.’

The picture is the latest in a series of snapshots posted by the mental health advocate that aim to encourage women to be proud of their bodies.
