We want all the ladies that visit us at Bliss to have the most positive and relaxing experience. We encourage all women to ‘follow your bliss your way’ which means it’s your time to experience a wellness retreat that is completely personalised to your needs. You can choose to do as little or as much as you like whether that’s unlimited yoga, massages and mediation, enjoying delicious Balinese cuisine or sight-seeing around the island. Our personal drivers can take you anywhere you would like to go!

Here is how to make the most of your Bliss experience to ensure you leave revitalised and full of positivity:

Put yourself first

This is your time! A week of focusing on your body, mind and soul. The Bliss experience is about personalising your retreat holiday by catering to and prioritising your individual needs to feel pure bliss.

Whether you are travelling solo or with a friend, this is time for you to relax and rejuvenate, have fun and enjoy your time away. Our retreat experiences are completely unique to you and that’s the way they should be. You don’t need to follow any group schedules or take part in anything you don’t want to.

Make the most out of it

We have so many activities and packages for you to choose from, so if you want to do something make sure you do! Your Bliss experience may be indulging in unlimited massages or catching up on a good book by the pool. Alternatively, you may be an adventurer who finds Bliss in adrenaline-inducing activities, like climbing Mt Batur for a sunset experience. Do what makes you happy.

Meet new people

We are a community of like-minded women at Bliss so you are likely to meet some amazing, inspirational women during your stay! It can be so refreshing to talk to new people and hear about their journeys. We are here to listen, connect and support you the whole way. You may find the positive reassurance you are looking for and make friends for life during your Bliss experience.

Be flexible

Each day you can decide what you would like to take part in at Bliss. We provide a dedicated hostess who will prepare an exclusive daily itinerary, so you have more time to follow your bliss your way. Our hostesses will listen and schedule everything for you. If you change your mind that’s fine too! Listen to your body and see what you want to do for that day.

Eat what you want

We offer unlimited food at Bliss which all our ladies LOVE. The best thing about our offering is that you can either choose a healthy, nutritious meal or if you don’t feel like eating that you can indulge in something naughty and sweet!

It’s important to understand what your body wants in order to get the most out of your Bliss experience and be happy.

We wanted to share our Bliss experience as far as it can go and so we created Bliss News. Even if you can’t go on a beautiful personalised Women’s Retreat right now, we hope you can take the time to add a bit more bliss to your life in whatever way you choose. Bliss Soul
We love things that are good for the soul and help us look after our mental and physical wellbeing. This can be as simple as reading a good book, or meditating, or doing some yoga. At Bliss we believe in all our guests doing whatever makes their heart and soul feel fulfilled, so we let you live out your bliss however makes you happy. Our soul stories are all about different ways you can find contentment in your day to day life.
