It’s so easy to find ways to beat the blues at Bliss but here are our top 5
Our ladies love to relax and unwind after yoga or after a blissful day relaxing in one of our amazing wellness baths. They are so luxurious! With no pitter patter of feet, shout outs for mum, to-do list priorities or family member wanting you to finish up so they can use the bathroom, you can relax in absolute luxury. See Wellness bath menu here.
This kind of speaks for itself lol. You can literally have any length of massage you like or any treatments you like everyday. The hardest part is clearing your schedule to put yourself first See Massage menu here.
We have yoga in-house which is usually only 2 – 3 people so you get so much personal attention. Awesome for beginners but equally great for advanced yogis. And we also provide unlimited sessions at our handpicked Yoga destinations such as Desa Seni in Canggu Bali with amazing schedules.
We have been adding in some AMAZING menus for everyone at Bliss. Some of the faves are our healthy bowls, chia puddings, new all day breakfast menu, amazing vegan choices and of course we cater to allergies, halal, fussy eaters. We have amazing Indonesian dishes too with fantastic healthy herbs and spices that are just so yummy. If you don’t want to stop eating, you don’t have to! See some of the delicious dishes here. here.

Especially our colourpuncturists! They can do an amazing destress sequence which actually does work. I’ve tried it out myself and swear by it as well as our guests absolutely loving these sessions. And they are so relaxing. You simply lay there and they do the rest. Learn more about colourpuncture here.
But don’t just listen to us, here are some of our beautiful guests talking about how they beat the blues at Bliss.

One of the key benefits of coming to Bliss Sanctuary For Women is that so many women take that special time out for themselves to clear their mind, honour their body and nurture their soul and then after 7 days of doing only this, they leave with a blissful mind. But you don’t need to go to a yoga retreat or health retreat to achieve this in your everyday life. Imagine if we focussed on ourselves for 10 minutes a day, the positive impact this can have.
To me World Mental Health Day (October 10th) is very much about creating a blissful mind set to really authentically look after our mental health.
It is the ultimate expression of self love.
I hope these tips encourage you to put yourself first even if only for 10 minutes a day and love and cherish yourself the way you deserve.

We wanted to share our Bliss experience as far as it can go and so we created Bliss News. Even if you can’t go on a beautiful personalised Women’s Retreat right now, we hope you can take the time to add a bit more bliss to your life in whatever way you choose. Self love comes in all different shapes and sizes but the one thing it has in common is that it starts with you. We hope some of our ideas and laughs and wellness retreat additions are something you can incorporate into your everyday life... love Zoë xxx
